FAQ's
How do I get my information to Mom Marketer?
Answer: You will be working one on one with Mom Marketer through email to get your auctions listed.
What information does Mom Marketer need from me?
Answer: Some general information that Mom Marketer will need from you is:
1. Your MomPackAuctions.com id and password (this information will remain secure and confidential).
2. Title, description, and photo of each of your auction listings (if you have these already listed on your website, you can simply give her the link and she will retrieve the information from there).
3. Category you would like your auction listed in (if a category isn't specified, Mom Marketer will select the most appropriate category for you).
4. Starting price for your auction.
5. Increment for your bids to be raised (i.e., 25¢, 50¢, $1.00)
6. Your contact email address.
7. Your PayPal.com email address (to send your invoice).
8. Other specific information as needed.
What if my auction item doesn't sell?
Answer: Don't give up! Sometimes it takes a following of buyers to get started successfully in online auctions! Mom Marketer can relist your item if you choose. And you may determine a revision of your starting price and/or description is needed.
Mom Marketer says that my image is too big for listing, what do I do?
Answer: Either resize your image for web use, or incur an extra fee of $1 for Mom Marketer to resize the image for you.
Can I get help with writing my description for my listing?
Answer: Mom Marketer can write the description for you with a few details she gets from you. There is a fee of $2 for each description written.
I would like to have Mom Marketer to list my auctions on a continuous basis. Do I have to submit the information to her each time?
Answer: NO! Mom Marketer will store each auction she lists for you for three (3) months. This makes relisting repetitive items a breeze! If you need to edit the existing information, simply let Mom Marketer know!
